FAMILAI commercial carpet tiles offer designers the ability to combine solid colors, textures, and patterns within a single flooring system. PVC-backed options provide a stable modular solution for busy commercial spaces, while individual tiles can be replaced when required.

The project required a modern floor design capable of supporting open workspaces, editing rooms, meeting rooms, and informal collaboration areas. The design concept used darker neutral tiles around production and circulation zones, combined with lighter tones in shared workspaces to create visual contrast. A durable commercial PVC-backed carpet tile was selected for areas with higher pedestrian traffic, while patterned tiles were used selectively to highlight collaborative spaces. The resulting design balanced a creative atmosphere with practical commercial requirements.
