FAMILAI carpet tiles provide modular design flexibility for technology offices with changing workstation layouts. Their replaceable tile format supports localized maintenance, while a broad range of colors and patterns allows different work zones to be visually coordinated.

The project required flooring for open-plan offices, software development departments, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and collaborative workspaces. Medium-gray carpet tiles were selected for the primary office areas, with blue accent tiles introducing visual identity to collaboration zones. Directional patterns helped organize circulation routes without adding physical partitions. The modular system also allowed individual tiles to be replaced when workstation layouts changed or localized wear occurred.
